Please join us at The Corson Building on Monday, November 3, 2025 for a delicious evening as we share stories about Alison, toast her legacy, and raise funds for the scholarship fund in her name. Space is very limited! Advanced ticket purchase required.
The $150 ticket price includes a cocktail hour with Quillisascut Cheeses followed by a four course feast prepared by Chef Emily Crawford Dann, served family style on the beautiful covered and heated patio.
Chef Emily Crawford Dann will prepare a 4-course feast celebrating the bounty of fall. Anchored by a deep respect and connection for this magnificent region we call home, Emily strives to offer a dining experience unique to the Pacific Northwest. Inspired by the natural abundance that surrounds us and the dynamic and vibrant city we live in, The Corson Building is designed to celebrate all that these things have to offer. The ever-changing bounty of our local ecosystem—in concert with thoughtfully sourced ingredients from afar—are the backbone of what they do. Emily’s food and beverage menus are wholly inspired by years of building relationships with the farmers, wine makers, importers, foragers and artisans that she loves, honors and respects.
Alison Leber wanted everyone to have the opportunity to attend a workshop at Quillisascut Farm, to connect with the land, and build community around the farmer’s table. In an effort to honor her legacy, we have started the Alison Leber Memorial Scholarship Fund in her memory. Donations will enhance scholarship opportunities, so more people can share in this farm school experience that Alison loved so dearly.
Dinner and venue is generously provided by Emily at The Corson Building, appetizers, drinks and wine provided by friends of Quillisascut Farm. Your ticket purchase is a donation to the Quillisascut Education Fund, which offers financial support to make workshops at Quillisascut accessible to all. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
